"Dear Bruno Mars ticket holders, the gates will be open from 7pm at Level 3. Please check your respective floors based on your ticket. There are Level 4 (Rockzone), Level 5 and Level 6. Also, you will be tagged at your hand upon entry into hall Lvl 4, 5 and 6 and you must keep your ticket for re-entry"
