Manchester United won 1-0 against Wolverhampton Wanderers in Carling League Cup match at Old Trafford. As usual, the Man United controlled possession from the first whistle blow. In the process, Fabio was red carded but it was the nicely set up goal that did the damage. Danny Welbeck played a neat one-two with Michael Owen.
